Terms of Service

The plain-language basics of working with us.

These terms describe how DLR Services estimates, schedules and performs drywall work. Hiring Deny for a job means agreeing to the basics below.

Estimates

An estimate from Deny is free and is not a contract until you and Deny agree to move forward. If a job turns out bigger or different once he sees it in person, he tells you before doing any extra work, and the two of you agree on the change first.

Site conditions and scheduling

Drywall goes in after framing, electrical and plumbing are done and the space is dry, and mud needs time to dry between coats, so a start date and a finish date depend on the job being ready and on the weather. If a date needs to change, you hear it from Deny first.

What is and is not included

DLR Services hangs, finishes and repairs drywall and leaves the surface ready for paint. Painting, framing, insulation, electrical and plumbing are not part of the work unless agreed separately in writing.

Payment

The price agreed at the estimate is the price, unless the scope changes and you and Deny agree on the change together. Payment is discussed before the work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.

Vaulted room on scaffold
Large open room hung and taped in a new house
Open living area with drywall taped
Deny sanding a ceiling smooth with a pole sander
Sanding a wall seam by the window light

Hung straight. Finished smooth. Ready for paint.

Free estimate — send a WhatsApp with a photo of the room, the basement or the damage and Deny tells you what it takes. English or Spanish by text.
